The best is what your doing. Machines like the Torso Track do work but wont give you impressive gains by itself. I have yet to see otherwise. Most would agree.
IMO I don't put faith in any one ab machine or exercise. Your abs need to be hit from multiple angles to create an effective regimen. I always attempt to get in at least sets to hit the lower and upper regions

Well I'll keep on doing what I'm doing but I like to my workout so I wanna use a machine... Torso Track doesnt look fun though lol, but I'll give it a try if I get it.

And, in all seriousness, you cant go wrong with just the basics.. hit em from every angle like justlift said, thats lower, upper/middle, obliques. you WO at home or in the gym?

First step; diet. Then hit the heavy compounds (torso/core stabilizing movements) to work your global core. Plus put focus on the local core.
As far as your question, I have the Ab Lounge. It's great, works well for me. But that too can get boring, even more boring then the ab exercises you do at your gym or wherever you train. Not ganna' lie, love the ab lounge :)
