ok, well i am a little ( 5'9" & 162 lbs.)guy trying to get bigger. i hit the gym religously 4 days a week 6-8 meals a day and make sure that i get the right macros @ every meal. i'm only 19 and have lower back issues, this is due once weighing 285lbs about a year and half ago. i knocked the weight off and i'm trying to fill in with some muscle. my back does give me some issues when i deadlift and squat, but the trainer at the gym i go to said my deadlifting form is top notch and the squat aint to bad but could use some work.
