i recently started using sleeping pills, due to the fact i have trouble sleeping i was wondering do they slow down your growing or effect you in any negative ways because obviously if you have some trouble sleeping something is bothering you but taking some drug to help you induce your sleep are you risking will they make me less hungry,to relaxed at the gym
i have researched sleeping pills because this is the first time in my life i have used a sleeping pill either then marijuana ><

I have used sleeping pills and I think the effects wear off over the period of sleep and would not interfere with you during the day andd if they do you should use a smaller dosage or change the medication. I also feel it is much better to get sleep using naturely remedies and using sleeping tablets can become addictive. I would try to identify the cause of why you are having trouble sleeping and contact appropriate networks of help if you need it, also look at lifestyle, are you training too late, using stimulants, is there business/ course work in your room, get rid of the tv, get yourself into a routine with your sleep, but youre right lying awake stressing is negative stress and effects muscle development!

i agree with moorey i to was one who used them often i work for the fire department at one of the most busiest stations in the city and my sleep patterns were gone, i became dependent on them and it was hard as hell to come off what helped me a little was i could not use them on duty because the ones you get from your doctor are dangerous man i would take them and you could swear i was high on something i started to use naturals to get myself off and now i dont need them but dont start if you dont have too trust me

yea im gonna try to switch the lifestyle because of course that has something to do with sleeping. when i think about some problems it gets difficult to fall asleep but you say you work for the fire department i dont have anywhere near the same problems as you..sheesh
im on natural remedies right now for 3 days at a low dose im making an effort to change some things around me i want to discontinue use very soon from these pills so far sleep is better... then no sleep
