amino acids, and protein questions

Hey guys, ive decided to stay on the path of all natural vitamins for lifting instead of anabloic and other products. Right now every morning i am take B's C's E's and fish oils. After lifting i drink 1 serving of "On whey protein". I have just a few questions though. I no i should be taking some amino acids but im not sure which kinds are great to take, any suggestions/reviews? And how much protein should i be getting per day, i weigh 205 pounds. Thanks, Dan

check the supp section I just posted a article in there about aminos. and .8 to 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight. other guys on here can help you more details tho.

1.5 to 1.8g of protein
1 to 2g of carbs
.2 to .3g of fats

carbohydrates
25% morning
20% pre-workout
25% post-workout
30% mixed throughout the rest of the day

complex throughout the day
simple after workout
