i was watching Jay cutler's DVD J to Z and there is this part he is showing his house, and he has bunch of bottles of wine, alcohol

this question comes to my mind? he drinks alcohol? arnt u supposed to not drink any when u are a bodybuilder?

ive seen in on of his previous vids that his champane is for celebration perposes. like when he retires but i dont know about the beer. mabe its for guests?? or his dogs lol!!

When your bodybuilding it's not a good idea to throw back 10 beers in five minutes, get drunk out of your mind, etc. A little drink here and there isn't going to ruin you. Especially not Jay with all the stuff he injects.

wine in moderation (men two glasses max, women one glass max) is good for you. thins your blood, reduces risk of heart disease, and certain cancers.

its funny how in all their dvds they talk about diet, rest, training, but they never discuss their gear and cycling.

because its illegal ^^^ im sure he has a beer here and there. like Thomas said it wont destroy you, a couple of beers at the weekend is perfectly healthy but when getting sloshed becomes a habit, thats when it starts to really affect you

another question, if its impossible to have a body like ifbb pro without being on gear for all yr round, and we know its illegal, how come they dont get arrested?
