Hi i was about to go use a product called s-drol but i realized all that testosterone and shit can really fuck me up because im only 16. I was thinking of than taking supplements that are all anabolic like the shredded stack or muscle stack by muscle tech or stuff like that. I really need some input on how to loose some body fat and gain some hard, solid muscle. I was also looking into hydroxycut hardcore, but still debating on everyhting. If you can all list some stacks that willget me some nice results with the cycle i have to perform. Thanks in advance,
Dan (205 lbs, 6 ft 1)

This may not be the answer you are looking for...but,

If you aren't making progress without supplements, than you won't make much with them.

So we come back to the standard question, what does you diet and training look like.

Stay away from all that testosterone boosting stuff, especially at your age. What I've heard from people who've taken that stuff, it works well for a little while, but then you'll see your performance start to level off again.

Per kilo of body weight you supposed to have 1.2 grams of protein

Go to your local drugstore and pick up these vitamins
Vitamin C

Calcium

Vitamine E

And if you can a god quality multivitamin

Dont eat fried foods

Dont go crazy on sugar and if you want something sweet from time to time i suggest getting some splenda. Its the bomb.

Fruits and lots of them

Try to eat very healthy before workouts eat lean Chicken, lean Beef and Fish because eating right is the best thing you can do for your body.

Get as much rest as you can after workouts dont go staying up till 2 in the morning try to go to bed a little earlier and get a peaceful sleep.

Try to cut Soft drinks as much as possible your body is a find tuned machine. Imagine putting diesel in a porsche for example.. its just wrong.

try limit yourself to no more than 2000 calories a day while getting all your neccessary nutrients.

Drink Lots of water

Remember man bodybuilding is a lifestyle you gotta really go through these things to get to your physical peak and somebody at your age shouldnt be thinking about any sort of gear. Right now your body is at its peak in testosterone production naturally and with the right foods and vitamins and rest you can maximize your testosterone production. Just keep your portein intake at a good level drink lots of water and supplement with a little creatine and youll be fine.

I leave you with one note

In bodybuilding, the competition is on the stage not in the gym. Leave your ego at the door and train with what you feel works best for you.

16 year old, huh. I'm 15 and I would say maybe 80-90% of the kids in my grade lift just to take supplements. They're careless about nutrition in training, but are focused on their "supps". Being 16, you don't even need a fat burner/thermogenic.

Like everyone has said, don't take this route. They are called supplements for a reason; to supplement your diet and training. No product will help you take off those lbs without the 2 MAJOR steps before supplementation; diet and training.

Post your current diet, I'm sure there's something we can help you with. Nutritional timing, foods, etc. Post your training/CARDIO.

After this we can move on.
