I would have a guess simply from you asking this question that no you don't have MR O genetics. People like Ronnie and Cutler are genetic freaks. They just adapt to weightlifting so quick it's rediculous. If you did have super human genetics you just simply wouldn't need to ask.

You may have good genetics for a natural bodybuilder if you dedicate yourself and follow a routine. If your talking about genetics for Mr.O you have to realize that there on the Top Shelf "Gear" a.k.a "Steriods".
.
That is why there mass monster's.

Guys like Jay and Ronnie and Dorian and all the top level guys are the top level guys for two reasons. One being their extraordinary will, determination, and discipline, and the second being their genetics. The majority of the top level pros are all takin the same shit as far as gear and gh and all that business so that is a level playing field. All of the top pros work their asses off in the gym and all of them know how to eat, what truly makes a difference is their genetics. I'm sure some of you have seen the pics of jay cutler after one year of training when he was like 20.. He gained a solid 60 pounds of muscle in a year!! That is olypmia genetics..

If jay or ronnie were all natural bodybuilders they would both be sitting on top of the natural bodybuilding world

Which is false. Gaining anymore than 20 or so lbs of lean muscle year is hard to do, even with any large amounts of gear. 60 lbs of muscle and 60 lbs in general is different.

KM's right.

I wasn't thinking man, sorry.

25.6 lbs of lean muscle is all you can get in a year period

Anything else is water/fat/etc.

I actually went from 88 pounds to 125 pounds in my first year (well 13 months technically) of working out. Granted it was when I was 14 so I was obviously still growing but I just thought I'd mention it. I'd also like to mention that I didn't change my diet at all, and even after gaining all that weight I was still quiete skinny.
