for the past week or so, i have not been in the gym. i have been eating 2 meals a day.. ive been losing motivation. i know ive been posting like a dick maybe i apologize. all your guys' motivation and dedication made me realize "what the fk am i doing" i gota say i lost some fat by not eating even tho i lost some muscle. the reason i have not been eating right is bcus i have a temporary fake tooth. dentist said dont use it to eat, and its in the front, so its kinda hard. ive been training at home, with all i have is a barbell with no weights... and a cable machine. i took 2 scoops of
superpump and i had the craziest shoulder workout (its been about 1 month or more without superpump) once again i want to thank ya'll for the inspiration and helping me get right back into it.
