First of all thank you for your time and I'm going to try to summarize this the fastest way I know how.

I am done with my Masters in Chemical Engineering. I have recently been taken on by Marathon Petroleum Company. I will be expected to work at a refinery (I get to boil your oil to make what runs your vehicles and heats your homes) which where I will be for a better part of 40-60hrs a week. I am wondering how the guys with full-time jobs go about there day still eating 7-8 times and lifting. Since I will be dealing with many chemicals and petroleum products, I might be limited to the food I can consume on the job. Lunch hour may be the only time I have to eat between breakfast and when I leave.

How do you guys juggle something like this.

My stats are 6'/245-250lbs/14% BF

Im taking the basic supps (creatine,BCAA,whey, casien)
Im also on many vitamins that I feel are necessary.

I can afford any supps I want so if you have any suggestions throw them at me, I am pretty much making the big bucks.

And I have to pay the same for gasoline as the rest of you... unfortunatly...

Haha

Thanks A Ton,
TheWall

You basically need to pre-make all your meals the night before and pack them up for when you go to work. This will keep your diet on track and make sure you get your nutrition that you need.

Other than that man, you're looking really good on supps.

I'm lucky enough to pretty much be able to eat when i want at work. but if i were you in between meals i would just drink some form of MRP or BCAA's.... if thats all you have available thats it... MRP could be as simple as egg or gemma protein with ground oats in it *if your following the DC diet you could sub oats for oils and have a pro/fat meal*... and for BCAA's i really like Scivations Xtend just becuase of the taste.

he could use mini meals like a protein bar here and there with nuts or something. It doesn't have to be a full out big meal, just enough to keep him anabolic and keep his metabolism going.

thats still eating.... at least with an MRP or BCAA's you can keep them in a sealed container and dont have to have any contact with them.

Eh, it just depends what he can do. I wanna see what he says about what we've said so far cuz I'm not entirely sure where he's at as far as the limits of his eating. Yeah he said prolly just lunch, but he said prolly, so I just wanna see what he says

You both make good points. I truley wont know untill I start the job. I doubt that I will have much time to eat during the day. I will use both of your ideas to see how things pan out.

I'm going to call my boss and ask her what I can do about it. Maybe I'll give her the "hypoglycemic" thing so it looks like I have to eat every 2 hours.

Cruel World,

if you are going to be going large intervals of time without food or anything nutritional, i would say throw in some bcaa's and casein protein for longer release of amino's.
