hey dungeon guys, im wondering if any of you bodybuilding or powerlifting guys smoke, i do but i aint a heavy smoker (40+ a day) i have about 5-6 a day maybe less, but i havnt had any problems with training tho, but im wondering do any of you guys smoke, because ive been wondering, i know pro bodybuilder gunther shlerkamp smokes and drinks, but any of you hardcore guys smoke, ive been wondering a while?, its hard to stop tho, im wanting really badly to stop, but its stress, people smoking around me that gets me lol

but my main question is do you guys smoke cigerettes?

i know ive got about 9 fags in one packet, and 20 in other, i wanna stop but with problems with college it gets me pissed off and a lass broke my heart (i sound like a fricken pansy) and its depressing and i wana stop because im not eating right i used to eat like 6 meals a day now its 1-2 meals a day and i cant even call em meals, but what can i do bro...

you have to make a descision yourself. and when you do, there's no turing back. NO MATTER WHAT.

when i quit, i used to cry because i wanted a ciggarette so bad. but i pushed through it. and now that i think back, it was one of the smartests, wises, and most mature things i've ever done in my life. all the suffering was worth it.

what should i do with the 9 fags and pack of 20 ive got left, should i smoke them and quit, or wot???, coz i wanna stop because ive got like a thorn in my foot, thats telling me im not gunna progress until i stop because of lack of meals and oxygen etc

Just keep talking yourself out of that cig man. Stop hanging around people who smoke for awhile few weeks maybe . Dont drink because they go hand in hand.
You can start off slower if you like . A year before I had quit I left my cigs at home when I went to work. Left them home when i went any were . So I actually quit for most of the day just had to quit smoking at home. Then I had prayed to GOD one night for help and the next day I had stopped smoking. That was last May and been smoke free ever since.Agter a few months you can return to normal life but that urge for a cig never truly goes away but its a much easyer fight when ur not addicted to them anymore.
