I'm 100% Ecto, nothing else in me. I gain wait slower than anything. Before I worked out I was probably 3-4% body fat, with 0 muscle. It's kinda' depressing thinking about it lol..

I'm ectomorphic, as well. I lose weight and muscle in just days and I have to eat so much just to maintain what I have.

Same here.....i've always been like that. And up until just recently I was never a big eater, so it hasn't been easy for me at all.

I'm working on that. I think I might cut down first, but it really doesn't matter. I've got about 10%bf right now. It's not bad. I can still see abs and such, just a lil fuzzy haha. But I do have some great thickness. I had to move into a whole new wardrobe a few months back. I'm not gonna lie, that was a good day.

here's a dark/fuzzy one cuz i had to take it in my dorm room and my roomie's mirror is a piece of shit. You can make out my chest and my arm. Tell me what you guys think. I'll try and get some better pics later or when I go to the gym tomorrow.

also, you can't see it too clearly there, but I'm getting the two heads of the biceps brachii to separate. I'm excited about that haha.
