guys i dont know why but recently my rear delt muscle on my right shoulder has been twitching for like 4 days now. at first it was kinda funny but now its getting really annoying i get it like every 2 hour and i put my hand on it to stop it. i asked my dad he is like its gonna be fine, but after a while it gets very annoying. is it a sign of over training, is my body tired from working out, what should i do?

tnx guys i drink lots of water close to like 2 gallons a day. but i have to try bananas too see if it works, chickens,fish are high in potassium and i eat them everyday. it is getting very annoying, and it happens more frequent.

eat bananas, take a supp if you ultimately have to to up your potassium, and try punching yourself where you twitch. It tends to help me. haha of course i do like pain
