so i was of course reading my magazine MD and it had an article on how different lifting routines affect testosterone levels. it stated that a power lifting routine did not show any signs of increased tst but a body building type of workout did. to enhance it one must go over 3 reps at a time for extended periods. a study showed that rest breaks dont matter as much as you think. if you doubt any go pick up an issue it had some good reads in it.

I hate how they cost $7 for 400 pages of BS adds. Seriously I counted the adds in the last FLEX mag I bought and out of like 400 pages 287 were adds WTF?? I'd have to say MD is the one exception I'll make. Every month has great studies in it but it would be nice if they had more workout routines and of coures LESS ADDS, F!!!!

yeah it was the first MD i actually bought, i have bought flex before and it is all ads but MD does have some good stuff

that's good to know
rest periods probably don't matter as far as testoserone levels go but they definatly do matter as far as properly creating the microtears you need to create.
