I read this somewhere in muscular development that it is a good idea to intake protein while working out. Ive been doing this for the past few years myself. it really is a good idea instead of coasting on fumes... its like you have a built in gas station to fuel your body, your muscles will use the fuel throughout the whole workout

Yeah I do this occasionaly and I have to say I do like it. I usualy pick up a RTD and sip on it duringmy workout. Something with high BCAA.

see I thought that would be a good idea too, but I never would do it because I read somewhere that its harder on the body because it can't focus on the process of digestion and building muscle during a workout. I think the reasoning behind it was it took some blood away from the muscles being used and used that blood in the stomach to aid digestion. haha I dont even know if what I just said makes sense, but anyway I read something along those lines.

yeah i have the highland games in july. i want to get into strongman but i need a sponsor since supplements and food get expensive. ive been out of town alot and had been doing alot of papers for school. but its all slowing down so ill be back on here more
