I've established my eating plans and times [life around times of proper eating, I've got it down], am taking Whey and animal and vegetation sources to meet my protein intake, though some days I come short of my 240 grams I want to be taking of protein each day. I take 1 teaspoon Creatine 30 mins pre-workout, and 1 full cup post-workout mixed with my Whey shake [also 1 cup, 25 g protein in that] lastly with my 1 slice of White bread acting as my fast-digesting carb. I take a flax seed pill 3x a day, also a CLA fish oil pill 3x a day, and lastly a 1x daily multivitamin.
I am asking a few things:
1. To consistently get my protein intake, 240 g a day, can I get recommendations for any supps, or do I need to just keep cramming the chicken, fish, and turkey down my throat at the minimeals?
2. I want to push this as far as I can, I want results! I had plenty of times to burn out and I've never thrown in the towel, that's not the kind of guy I am. I do my workouts, I love to do them, even the cutting ones which I am doing now, but still do the weights but on a lighter scale. I eat every 3 hours until 7 pm when I cease and go to bed later. Can I get recommendations for additional supps to just increase my overall potential?
