Appendicitis sucks!

So I just started my spring break on friday and I was having some very mild lower abdominal pain while training shoulders. No big deal, right? Saturday morning I wake up with pain like... you know that scene in the movie Alien where that thing is trying burst of of that guys chest? Yeah, except its my stomach.
So one trip to the ER later and I am negative one appendix.

So I'm trying to find ways of keeping myself sane while the only form of training available to me is walking. Any ideas? Right now, since I haven't eaten in two days, my main goal is to maintain my muscle mass and body weight as much as possible.

On the bright side, all three of the nurses that took care of me were super hot.

i had my appendix taken out a few years ago, from what i remember the recovery took 2 weeks, with stuff like this its better to just eat to maintain your mass and hit the weights when your fully recovered. wouldnt want to bust a stitch, but you might anyway with all thoes hot nurses walking around

Staying sane Hu? I have little to no experience with any form of sanity, but to kill time I would try talking to those hot nurses. Unless you've been discharged from the hospital then I would just waste my time here..

hahaha thanks guys. unfortunately i wasn't even able to get out of my bed this morning without help from my dad and my buddy oxycodone, but i've been eating, sleeping, and watching the history channel excessively. i also got a tub of scivation xtend just for this week lol.
i already got discharged from the hospital, to my dismay the nurses had never heard of a treatment known as "medicinal head". lol. so now im sitting and planning my 'recovery from appendicitis' stack. woohoo!

Ha ha, hang in there bro. Recovery takes time but you'll be back on your feet before you know it, just keep your protein intake high!
