by the way guys, i've started officially updating my log again.
some of the things i eat are a little embarrassing but oh well. maybe that'll help me to cut back on the bad calories a bit. because i don't ever lie on forums and if i do something embarrassing, i post it. i don't lie and say i had water instead of soda.
