I like leg extensions best, second comes dumbbell chest press.
I've not done any deadlifts, my PT doesn't think it's good for me. I think he's an ass, but I think he doesn't know how to do them himself and that's why he doesn't want me to do them. The college gym is a joke most of the time, but most machines and all free weights are quality.
