But I love how fast my weights go up in deads and squats. If only my benching goes up that fast..
Since beginning of this year, I did 245 I think it was. Now its 315 or possibly 325, not sure. But I just started doing them again. Boy, have I been missing out on a lot of mass for the back, though. |
