10 for me i love um

i love the chalk all over everything, the blood running down my shin, being the only guy in the gym with 400+ on the bar, and the almost orgasmic feeling after hitting a new PR

10. I'm attempting a new max of 280 for at least 5 reps monday. Every three weeks I decide to move my max up 10 lbs for about 5 of 6 reps, I really like deads. Wish everything came as easy to me as deadlifts.

yeah man my bench sucks complete ass, but deads are like cake for me, heave weight is sooooo easy

LMAO I LOVE SQUATS. One of my favorite exercises. They hurt my knees sometimes but I hate Deads. I wanna keel over after 'em HAHA.

I love squats, but not deads. Haha.
But I love how fast my weights go up in deads and squats. If only my benching goes up that fast..
Since beginning of this year, I did 245 I think it was. Now its 315 or possibly 325, not sure. But I just started doing them again. Boy, have I been missing out on a lot of mass for the back, though.
