i think the dungeon is the best bodybuilding site and picture/video post site....all other video sites like myspace and youtube people just comment "i can do more"...."your on steroids"....and all other forums people just critizise away and not in a good way....who agrees with me??

I totally agree... i used to hang out at testosterone nation, but it felt like being in a room full of preening bullies, it really reminded me of why i avoided jocks for the first half of my life. I'm glad i found an encouraging community like this, none of that "drop and give me 50" bullshit.

Because 9/10 every one is honest on the site, wicked information, all real life stories etc. its just what you call a true bodybuilding forum, no BS just everyone talking about the sport they love, no other BB site on the net can compare to this one when it comes to knowledge, friendlyness etc.

Just kidding. It's a great resource if you know nothing about bodybuilding. Which is how, I imagine, we all started out. And it's those people who learned what they could from this site who are giving back to the newbie community as much as they received back when they needed help.

Everyone is so welcoming here and willing to help in any way they can with their endless conbined knowlege of nutrition and fitness. Everyone here always gives excellent advice on whatever it is be it bodybuilding, fitness hell even life problems. The dungeon is a place for anyone and everyone to come to, relax and find advice on pretty much anything (within reason however lol) that and theres always some amazing vids and pics posted on here like the sic pic thread!
