Well question. Are you bulking or cutting right now? Cuz for you to be taking 320g a day of protein seems a little high IMO considering you only weigh 182 if you're bulking. Other than that there's always a lot of diff factors that could make your urea that high. I had a friend that didn't take shakes or eat that much protein and his was extremely high. It could just be how you are naturally. If you're not doing cardio now, or are doing just a lil you could always up it and see if that helps, but don't go overboard if you're still on a bulk. You do wanna keep your heart healthy though. It could be genetics, but try and incorporate a little bit of everything he said and see what happens. Let us know what happens and how you feel man.
