Dang ... i can't get over 150 pounds lol , damn creatine it doesn't work for me. Any thoughts or suggestions what should I do to gain weight ...

have you tried just eating more? you probably just need to consume more calories. don't rely on supplements to do anything special, they are designed to supplement your diet, not replace it.

make sure u eat 8 meals a day, every 2 hours without fail, dont b to concerned with having to much structure to ur eating plan just make sure its got high carbs and high protein in every meal,every meal is gotta b healthy aswell. i found this worked very well for me

i wud invest in a casein shake for just before bed,helps with weight gaining and also do u eat straight after training?

it depends on what your calories are at how many do you think you are eating a day? What ever it is up it by 500 ride that way for a couple of weeks if no change add 500 more eventually the scale will move.

umm.. so i'm eating like 20-30 minutes after training combined with creatine, cuz i know that if you eat like 5-10 minutes after training you can fuck up your heart ://

600-700 calories per meal, Proteins... i know that, I need 2g of protein on each kg. Carbs dude i have no idea... Water hm... most of the time i drink Sprite, fanta , Coca Cola
