verdantlife NPC Lightweight Join Date: Dec 2007 Posts: 76 Rep Power: 14	Every exercise book I've ever seen has a disclaimer at the start stating that before beginning any program of exercise, you should consult with your doctor, etc. Strange, there is no disclaimer that states "Before you sit on your ass for 20 years eating pizza, drinking beer, and growing to 75% body fat, you should consult with your doctor." __________________ When life sucks, make it swallow.
