Since I've started my cut, 30 mins of HIT post-workout, I've been doing about 10-15 lbs less weight on my usual workouts [10-15 up when I was bulking, it was THE NORMAL WEIGHT THEN], and 10-15 reps. When I do free weights, most of my bis and tris are free weight exercises, like the EZ Bar preacher curls, I work till failure on each set, but take 60 seconds in between each set.

What do you guys think about going 'till failure?' I've heard a lot of guys say this is bad, and you should only do it in a few workouts each month, and not at every workout...??

IMO don't do it every workout, you will end up over-training and progress will gradually stop

Working to failure every single session deffinetely falls into the category of over training, going to failure and beyond should only be used occasionally to shock the muscles into new growth, just my opinion tho
