I'm just wondering, at night, before bed I am a bit hungry. I ate the last of my sliced chicken, I'm still waiting for my Casein to come in the mail, but I will take some of that when it comes. My question though, if I'm hungry during the day, does that mean my mini meal plan is suspect...failing?

I'm cutting now, lets carbs but same amount of protein.

I didn't think of that... good point. I do know that the stomach gradually adjusts to meal size over time....that makes sense, that's prolly it, thanks Poppa.

Just a quick question, but I've heard Casein is a weight gainer, and I'm trying to cut... should I not take it at night? I am just looking for a slow release protein, and everyone told me to take ON Casein....

are you cutting or bulking? are you lean or no?

if you're eating like a bodybuilder, you should almost never be hungry IMO.
make sure you count your calories and WRITE THEM DOWN!

what's you weight and how much bodyfat are you? sorry if this has been said before but i forget.

Its not a weight gainer but some like to think of it as one because they take it at night which generally to eat at night is a no no.Lots use it especially on a bulk to keep protein in their body. Its not bad on a cut either but since you are going to start taking it on your cut and werent during your bulk make sure you realize the extra calories and carbs you are gettting

i'm 23 yo, 6'5" and 210. idk my BF, I couldn't even guess. I'm not lean, but I've lost a lot and am shooting to lose 15 more before I start bulking.

I initially started to bulk when I first started BBing, but then I realized I needed to pay more attention to diet and start supplementing and ppl say if you're leaner it's easier to put on muscle, so I'm currently cutting.

I take in 2100 calories a day, but I must admit I don't count them, I used to but I should get back into the habit.

I do HIIT 5x a week for 25-35 mins at a crack.

Oh yeah about the hunger. If you are on a major cut like contest cut and have cut carbs way back you will be hungry because its mainly the carbs that fill you up!

I'm still technically defined as obese so I'm no where near contest ready... but thanks for the advice.

I wish there was a scientific way I could do some serious cutting... I'm hardcore ready to do so! I know the caloric limits and how much protein I should get, but it's difficult for me, I just want to MAKE THE PERFECT FOOD DECISION, and that's hard for me. Not doing it, that's easy, I mean finding out what is the best thing to eat...
