a bunch of people on the forum have lifting and training logs. and not a whole lot get too much attention. and im not talking about just mine or anything. but i mean if were all here to help everyone out and motivate them and push them to train and be consistent. then commenting the logs should be something to do to help. im just saying some people love positive reinforcement and cronstructive criticism. and there alot of guys who may even be doing something that could need some ideas or help and doesnt know it. so not saying go do it now or anything. but yah know i figured itd help alot of people in the dungeon out on achieving those goals they have set for themselves.

I completely forgot about the log section.

The few times I've gone there in the past there were only a couple of decent logs on there. The rest were just one off workouts followed by lots of meaningless posts.

I'll take another look.
