Hey guys !
I just recently started training boxing, it's a lot of fun and really hard. Something I would recomend for most people .
Anyways, I was wondering how these two fit together, BB & Boxing?
In hope for good response.

Its an awesome cardio w/o but if you plan on taking up boxing its not a real good idea to try to get huge in the muscle dept. You need power more than muscle.Boxing is also a great w/o for the shoulders.I boxed for a few yrs in the army I love it.

Boxing is only good for cardio IMO. I would practice BJJ instead.

Applicable skills in the real world. 90% of fights get taken to the ground.

Isn't BJJ all about controling your foe with all kinds of techniques? As in, taking him down without too much fighting.

Heh yeah. Well, I'm gonna have to do some research whether I'm going to continue in the box or switch to BJJ. Thanks for the answers guys.
