Id like to add BJJ comes in handy only when its one on one. Out in the street you may be jumped by more than one person. In that case you can't use bjj.

If your jumped by a few people the only thing that's gonna help you is 1. a gun or 2. your bodyguard who is 6'8" 425lbs (who enjoys carrying a gun)

Todays MMA Champions are well rounded in all areas. Stand up and ground. The old gracie style of before cant compete anymore as you all saw when Gracie tried to make a comeback. And the wrestler, striker cant compete either as you all saw this past weekend with Tim Silvia and Brock lesnar. Todays fighters are smart enough to train in all areas. IMO Thai Kick boxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu will make you a bad M.O.F.O

As for the Boxing and Bodybuilding its great cardio bro not to mention it will help in development of the shoulders and calves. As long as your eating a ton to compensate for the extra cardio sip on a protein shake. Still loosing weight throw some carbs in there. Theres some pretty well built heavy weights in boxing so finding a balance can be done. Unless your trying to become a proffesional body builder keep doind what your doing and if you enjoy it , even better.

No problem brotha. Im one of those people who hate the treadmill but find my balance doing a little MMA and on some days just upper body punches/strikes.

It's really awsome running late at nights, no one outside except for you and your Ipod, I love it.
