hi all,im new on bbd and just taking up bodybuilding, i what to bulk up so can any 1 of you pro's recommend a routine to get me going,i workout on a mon, wed, fri..im taking creatine and protein (powder form),but how many grams a day do i take of each, cheers

before you start any supps like whey and creatine, you need to get your diet on track, check out the nutrition forum for some examples of good diets. welcome to the dungeon!

Good to have you here! The cool thing about the dungeon is that there is a specific forum for almost everything. I'm still finding new threads and such. Most of the "standard" information you need (like how much protien to take) will be stickied to its corresponding forum.

i only found out about this site from that jay cutler dvd,seems a good site,helpful

welcome to the dungeon, get your diet in order, no supplement can beat the quality of wholesome foods, eat 1.5grams of protein for each LEAN pound of bodyweight, with the creatine i would reccomend 5grams b4 WO and 5grams After WO on training days, on non training days 5grams would suffice

Train hard, Eat big and sleep and you should be off to a great start
