basically what were all sayin is..
eat a ton
untill you almost puke
then eat more
wait 2 hours
repeat
lift very intensely, find the huge bodybuilders/powerlifters and do the same exercises as them
sleep AT LEAST 8 hours a day, i know i need 9 and a half
also make sure you get 70-80 grams of slow burning carbs 2 hours before your workout
and make sure you eat a ton of complex carbs the night before your workout to boost your strength also
dont waist your money with supplements, most do nothing, spend that money on food
because food makes you grow
