BB after quad bypass surgery

Hi guys, I was wondering if anybody has experienced this in the past. I am slowly trying to get back into body building after my surgery and I was hoping that you guys had some suggestions. Kinda sucks having my chest cracked open and somebody rooting around in there playing with my plumbing but the doc said that if I hadn't been in such good shape otherwise I would be dead. Not sure that I would enjoy that, LOL!!!!

You can not take advise from people on here, you need to see a cardiac specialist and then get them refer you on to a personal trainer or someone of a similar position. They should only program you according to the testing and guidelines given by your doc. Best of luck to you my friend and don't go too hard too soon.
