its a book written by Nelson Montana. Talking about the "truth" abbout BDing. Its kinda weird. I was like wtf.

nice find, i would have to agree with most of the statements Montana made especially the section on preacher curls

Nice. When was that book released? Just wonder because theres alot of research coming out all the time that might differ. You should all try journals as you can judge for yourself as from the research where as books give you the editors opinion!

It was an interesting book I read it a few years back took a different view than most but then again there are a lot of views out there of what is correct and not.

Hatfield wrote a book as well that was a little different good read as well but I my body didn't like the training style
