Ok a little info, I am 27 6'3 220 former athlete, have taken creatine, Prohormones (which do nothing), protein, glutamine, multivitamins, The original Ultimate Orange back in the day, Amino Acid Pills, never done drugs, never smoked cigarettes or anything, my lifts are Bench Press 350, Deadlift around 550, I work out hard, eat right, no processed foods, no cokes, no coffee, etc. I am a successfull business owner, what supplement out there works that I can actually get, I have my own gym (all free weights, squat racks, bench, shoulder, leg ext. leg curl, leg press, etc.) in my basement I dubbed the dungeon, what should I take? |
