Taking the Christmas off..

I have decided to take the X-mas vacation off when it comes to training.. i want to recharge the batteries for the reason some of u know (i have been collapsing several times during this semester), i want to take at least for some days and I have the following question:

Should I eat the same as on my bulk or should i cut down on carbs?

Sounds like a good idea mate if you are suffering from lack of energy...this is not the right sport to stress yourself hardcore. I think that you should consume the same amount as your bulk during the first week of non-training you have, just so your body is able to construct with the available nutrients. After that, cut down abit unless you want some excess fat.

im also taking a week breaks off during christmas, partly becausre the gym will be closed during that period. its a personal choice if u wanna carry on with your diet, i know i will be trying to lol...

as soon as get back to college im gonna have exams which i will be training through, then im gonna start my tri-phase training regime

This young guy has the head of guy way beyond his years, to your question we are individuals, how about using the time off to eat some crap but supplement this with some protein supplements and just enjoy being a 15yr old guy at christmas. Use the time to experiment and find out what works for you!

Definitely enjoy the Christmas vacation man! Eating some good food want hurt and enjoy this time off. Like Moorey said just supp it up with some quality protein you will be good. Happy Holidays.

I'll be doing the same thing bbdude. Enjoy your break, I know I will. I'll be off from the 22nd untill the 2nd. My first long break in a year. I will be eating for the most part the same as much as I can.
