id say slowly coming down from them maybe. but dont just drop anything. but make sure you eat a good deal of food. most pros say when they get hurt. they actually eat more. cause itll help you keep as much muscle as you can, and when you go back to lift its easier to get back. and you arent starting so behind. and youre diet doesnt have to be fixed as much.

oh and the passing out could have absolutley nothing to do with the lifting you do and all that stuff. you could just have a trippy heart or some people collapse from stress and anger or somthing like that all the time

Enjoy the time off for the holidays bbdude, put the weights out of your mind,, your leagues ahead of what other 15 year olds are doing at this time in there life, partly due to the dungeon and your knowledge which is a + in your corner.
