Legs are coming, they're not really my strong point. My calves are almost an inch smaller than my arms. So I'm really working on that. I find myself not getting full range of motion with some exercises, particularly barbell bench press and the barbell squat. after i noticed the pics side by side though i made that a commitment to touch chest and break a 90 on squats even if it dropped the weight down. |

dont worry so much about weight
as long as you're going to faliure or close to it.
