i know its a bit off topic, of course if your a bodybuilder or something likle that then not. what kind of work do you all do? and what times do you manage to make it to the gym? i guess im just interested in your schedules. beacause i know going to the gym is very important to me so i always try to have a set time to which i go and some good workout partners.... i guess its not too off topic.. so plz dont move this to OFF TOPIC, lol

I work full time for AT&T and also take 15 credits per semester so I amaze myself when I manage to make it to the gym 5 days a week. The hardest part is making sure I eat a clean diet. As a result, I end up consuming a lot of protein shakes to get all my protein, which isn't ideal but at least I'm getting it. I usually try and prepare all my food at once for about a 3 days time span that way it's possible to eat clean when being away from home for extended periods of time.

I guess it would be best to ask you, someone who has been in the game for quite a bit now. But my biggest issue I have found now at being recently graduated from college and into the work field, is how do you find the time during work to eat multiple times a day? I mean not all companies want to let you sit there and eat a meal every 2-3 hours. This is something that is hitting me hard now after being out of college. Its not the finding motivation to make it to the gym because I still get there 5-6 times a week, its the being able to eat when I want to be able to properly bulk right now and feel good later at the gym because of it.

Its weird, I have been thinking about posting a thread just like this in the past couple weeks now because of this issue, so I'm glad someone did.

There have been several threads on this topic. I'm a full time student and mental health worker. My problem isn't fitting my meals in at work it is fitting them in at school.
