don't mean to break up the conversation there Kirk and Chris, but keeping in line with the thread, I am a full time chemist employed by a German company. I work 7-3:30 every weekday and have plenty of afternoon/evening time for gym visits!

i work for the military cant say wut i do unless you have secrect clearance (seriously) lol i work 5 on 5 off and i work out between those ten days i try to get 7 days of workouts done but sometimes its hard too.

i am a server at a bar/restaurant....my schedule, as long i stick to it structly, actually works out very well for lifting IMO.....

i go to the gym in the mid morning (10-11am) and get home in just enough time to eat and go to work, get off by 1 or 2am, straight to bed and then back to the gym at 10 or 11

i use my running around the store as my cardio also, pretty light but is all i need

I did this type of work also in my 20's,, I was restaurant cook.. But I was making time for the ( let's see ), hostess's,, server's,,,oh one of the cute manager's.. I burned the candle at both ends.. Man I loved that time of my life.. wow..
