I work as a police officer, 5 days a week in the detectives office. I have had a break from the gym and have just started back. will try and go at least 3 times a week after work and on sundays

IT prof like a system administrator? also a fire fighter? so you'll have a pretty busy life i guess, next to working out at the gym :)

Chuckling.. Yes, IT professional ( like system admin + more ) , active Volunteer Firefighter, father of 2 kids, husband, oh and bodybuilder.

yh in the UK high school finishes at 16, then from 16-18/19 you goto college which is optional, and if you want to go further you go to uni, which you guys call college lol, from then on its the same as you lot lol
