Gynocomastia

This is a rather unusual question taken in mind im 15 years old..

is there any symptoms of gynocomastia before u get the big woman like breasts?? if yes, what are they?

There is probably a few more symptons, but the nipple and surrounding are gets itchy and you can also have lie a lump developing in the nipple region. Some guys get it cos of the increase in testosterone and the body then elevates estrogen to rebalance itself!

yeah, its hard and sometimes it itches
thats what i got like a year and my nipples got a little puffy but its almost all gone now

They will feel irritated, itchy, sometimes get read and sensitive. You will also start to feel a little ball under your nipple which is actually a gland. There is two forms, glandular and tissue, and sometimes a mix of both. Some people it goes away, others it does not and requires surgery to remove. It is also more common then most people realize.

A puffy nipple? What if it doesnt get itchy or bother you at all? Does it still mean it will go away?

Eventually the itchiness and irritatedness goes away along with the size of the nipple area going down, or it won't go down at all and remain the same, but the being irritated and sensitive part does go away. But he asked for initial symptoms, and those are just the initial ones.

But does the nipple go back to being flat or does it stay puffy?

In some cases it goes completely back to normal, in others it doesn't. There really is no way to tell to be honest bro. In my case it never went back to normal and I had it surgically removed. Its really no big deal, just expensive. If you want to know all there is to know, get checked out with your doctor and they can explain it as well.

*Also just to add, a lot of the pro's have had this surgery.

My doctor says it goes away. But it seems like it doesnt go away. What age does it usually go back to normal?
