Truthfully I wish that when I had started out that I could have access to the knowledge that is on this forum. When I started things, ideas and knowledge were kept like some inner secret of the magic circle and the only access i had to knowledge was the erroneous articles in bodybuilding mags which were often only promoting a product. I spent many years doing things which were counter-productive to muscle growth and access to this libary of knowledge whatever your aim is priceless

Yeah I know exactly where your coming from Moorey. I had nothing growing up. Just like you said Magazines and some books. And not exactly knowing how to interperate any of it..

I wanted to touch base on the search option.. I'm believing that most everyone that uses it seem to feel that it will hit the exact words with filling in the search option field. That is not always the case.

Possibly the search engine criteria needs to be filtered down to single naming convention selections. But I'm not in control of that function on the dungeon.
