Never stop!

Ok question, what is an ideal time for rest, say your been going hard out for 6+ months training 4 days straight, and 1 day off rest, u do this long period and think its time to take a break, is 1 week ideal for mind & body recovery?

does anyone understand what i mean?

i would say 2 to 4 weeks. 6 months is a long time if your training very hard and frequently.
