how do you guys do them
if you do them the right way, you'll do a lot less weight. i've seen people lean way back and bring it down toward their neck, not go down far enough, and not extend. it's hard to explain but the seated barbell press pisses me off because the way people do it, of course they can lift that much.
i do 6 reps with 135lbs the right way.
not much but i think i'm pretty strong
bench press and military press are my weakest exersises.
honestly i've never seen anybody do it the right way. the only person i've honestly seen doing seated barbell presses the right way is ronnie believe it or not. but i extend all the way up just short of a lockdown. |
