question about bulking

when you are bulking, how long does your bulking phase last. Is it something you do for 9 months of the year than cut for 3 or how long are each of your phases.

cool cuz ive been slabbing it on for about 1.5 months now and im gettin to the point where i feel too fat. i think i might start cutting after xmas

my last bulk was for 9 months and i added 69lbs.. then i cutted for 1 month and here i sit, 60lbs from my starting weight with 1% more BF and 60lbs more of muscle... what works for u u have to find out... just saying it is possible with long bulks short cuts...

Basically you pick a weight to bulk to, and keep in mind that you need to keep your body fat in check. You don't want to gain 30 pounds and 28 in fat.

15% or so.. and i somehow cut down to 10-11% in a month with next to no muscle loss =S

i do believe i have good genes for this shit...

congrats bro thats a pretty solid accomplishment.
i just cant get over you gaining pretty much 70lbs in 9 months thats sick man. i started at 135lbs benching 125 about 13months ago and im at 155 now benching 215 my bf has always been low, but i am on a bulk now trying to get to 170.
