for about 2 months ago i stoppet training legs because i got a shinbone inflamation from the 100m sprint and american football training, i can tell u that since that day i havnt felt like i was REALLY training, because i need that feeling of being totally smashed in all of my body, in when we're coming to the 1'th january my doctor allows my to start squatting again, looking so forward to that day !
