for about 2 months ago i stoppet training legs because i got a shinbone inflamation from the 100m sprint and american football training, i can tell u that since that day i havnt felt like i was REALLY training, because i need that feeling of being totally smashed in all of my body, in when we're coming to the 1'th january my doctor allows my to start squatting again, looking so forward to that day ! hehe

best advice i can give too.

this is my favorite leg workout

Squat - 4x4-6
Leg Press - 3x12
Leg Extension - 3x12-15
Lying Leg Curl - 3x8-10
Standing One Legged Curl - 3x10

if you consider all the warmup sets and the fact that most of the working sets are to faliure or close to it, this can be pretty brutal.

that's deep ass squats (all the way down for me although not required)
deep ass leg presses with feet NOT all the way at the top and seat almost all the way down.

you want brutal? i used to do warm-up and cool-down sets of 100 on leg extension.... try that lol
