hey, im kinda new here, and as ive read my way throu alot of the posts, i find that u use all sorts of short words instead of the long ones :)..

ive made a list of different words. hope u can give me some answers so i know what u guys are actually talking about heh

..

1 Brolic ?
2 EOD ?
3 IPA world Record ?
4 IFBB ?
5 tren a ?
6 tren e ?
7 shredded ?

hehe, hope i can get some answers so that i can come closer to understanding :P..

Do a search man in the forum alot of them words are short for types of roids. but mostly shows and what you can get Ie brolic is like get built or big from what i gather. lol and shredded is like a body fat percentage. Its like 3-5 % i believe it can only be held for a few hours at a time
