My plan is, once the arm is healed, create a training log thread in the dungeon. Post my workouts. Post my stack and other usefull information for everyone to see and critique.
I have 2 months to get everything I need ready. I have already been in contact with, freak for nutrition, Rippdup and freak for the supplementation part. And the dungeon already has hundreds of training logs already built..
I just printed them off and created a book for everything at Kinko's...
I created the Training log and the meal log that I uploaded to the dungeon.
The rest is just time. I'm sitting on Ready. Then it's Game on brother.
