Most of you know my work schedule, 12 hour shift's on a 3 ON, 2 OFF, 2 ON schedule with a 45 to 50 minute ride home.
I'm exhausted / mentally brain dead from handling issues at work.. ( I will get to my point in a second-need to set the story line a little so you understand my or anyone position on this issue).
I know there are other's out there needing to know how to cope with the lack of energy at night and wanting to do cardo or a workout when they get home from work.
But I cannot get a feel for when to stop eating carbs so there not detrimential to my body. I get home I'm hungry I want to eat. But my mind is telling me no, don't eat a carb or something that well lay in your stomach and add more lbs to your overall weight.
I try to eat everything in my lunch bag that I bring to work. But sometimes it get very very busy at work and I miss a meal or small meal here and there.
Maybe it's what I am bringing in my lunch or not bringing that is making me feel this way.. I have done alot of changing up my all day eating items to accomodate more health foods in my day.
So the 64,000 dollar question reminds, what time of the day should you stop eating carbs?
Chris
