i am currently 15 years old, 5'9, 150 lbs and 19% bf. i started 'cutting' about 2 weeks ago becuase i wanted to lose some body fat to get to about 10-12% to get those abs showing. 2 weeks ago if i flexed my abs, you couldnt really see anything at all. but now, after 2 weeks, i can see the outline of it and it looks way better but still i have some fat. what ive been doing is just speed walk every day but weekends on the treadmill on very high incline, i do about 250 calories of that in 25 minutes. ive also calculated how much calories and protein i eat in a day and its around 1500 cal and 140 g of protein. is what im doing right for cutting? |
