i have a question. i want to try something that i was thinking about and i want to know if its ok to do. its a 3 week program
1st week would be a regular bodybuilding program
1st day- legs, abs
2nd day- chest, bis
3rd day- shoulders,traps
4th day- back, traps
cardio done 2 days a week after workout
then 2nd week a more powerlifting type workout with
1st day- flat bench, Flat bench Negatives, bench press lockouts, grip/forearm exercise
2nd day- Clean press, Side Laterals, Barbell Curls, Hammer Curls, abs
3rd day- Deadlifts, Pull-ups, Shrugs, Tricep extension, close grip bench press
4th day- Squats, Barbell Lunges, Leg Press, Calf Press, abs
then
3rd week would a again to regular bodybuilding but the exercises changed up a bit
1st day- chest, bis
2nd day- legs abs
3rd day- back, tris
4th day- shoulders
